Can I only place orders for swimwear from the Zakoda website?

No, you can also order by mail. Our order form can be printed out from our website under the help menu. You can send your order to:

How do I determine what size swimwear I will be?

The best way is to view the size chart assigned to the product you are looking at. There are many different swimsuits on the Zakoda website, and each designers style and sizing is unique.

How do I shop on the Zakoda website?

Shopping on the Zakoda website is easy! If you look at the left hand side of the page you can see your option to either shop by style or by designer. If you shop by style and select designer bikinis, you will see all bikinis available by all designers. However, if you prefer to shop by designer, you can select for example Agua Bendita to see all items available by this designer.

Can I buy the top and bottoms as separates?

Most of the swimsuits on the Zakoda website are available as sets unless otherwise specified.

Why does my swimsuit look slightly different to the one shown on the website?

A lot of the swimwear available on Zakoda features hand made embellishments, stitching and detailing. Slight variations invariably occur.

In particular Agua Bendita is known for providing customers with a one of a kind couture swimsuit. The variations on these swimsuits are slight but may include (and are not limited to) the shades in colour, embroidery, stitching, patterns, print, embellishments and other hand made detailing.

The swimsuits are beautiful but can I actually wear them in the water?

Of course! These designer swimsuits can be worn at the beach, in the pool or for lounging around! Simply follow the care instructions included with your swimsuit, to ensure longer lasting wear.

How do I pay for my swimwear?

You can pay for your swimwear either by credit card or bank deposit (Australia ONLY). See our payment methods page.

Do you refund or exchange if the item I purchased does not fit me?
