What are your payment options?
We have a range of payment options that you can select from on checkout: Secure Online Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard only)Pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in our secure environment. All credit card payments are processed by St George Bank and will appear on your statement as Swimmer.com.au, the parent company of Zakoda.
Direct Deposit (Australian Orders only)Pay into our bank account via direct deposit.

Note: orders paid by direct deposit will not be processed until payment has been received. Orders for which payment has not been received within seven working days will automatically be cancelled.

Why is my currency shown next to the AUD price?
All products on Zakoda.com are displayed in Australian dollars. If you are an international customer your currency will be displayed in brackets next to the AUD price.
For the convenience of international visitors (non Australian) we automatically convert the Australian Dollar value to your local currency. This is an estimate of your local currency only and will not be the exact amount you are charged.
What currency will you charge my credit card in?
Your credit card will be charged in Australian dollars (shown as AU$).
If you are purchasing from outside of Australia your credit card company will automatically convert the Australian dollar value into your local currency. Please note that your credit card company will use their own conversion rate and the total you are charged may not be the same as the estimate shown.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when all of the items in your order have been confirmed.
Why was my credit card declined?
In most instances, credit cards are declined as the credit card number, cvc or expiration date you entered on checkout is incorrect or mistyped. Sometimes, credit cards are declined due to insufficient funds.
In the event your credit card is declined the Zakoda Support Team will send you an email asking you to re-enter your credit card details in our secure payment link: www.zakoda.com/pay.
Will my credit card details be safe?
Yes. Zakoda processes all credit card transactions through St George Bank. Please read the security notice for more information.
