This information is collected securely using 128-bit encryption between your Web browser and ZAKODA's secure server. Your credit card statement will show SWIMWEAR HQ PTY LTD, a parent company to ZAKODA.


Our Legal Obligations
We do not give, sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties. The following exceptions apply:
  • your credit card information is provided to St George Bank for the purpose of processing your payment
  • information may be disclosed if it is against someone who poses a threat to ZAKODA's interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could bring harm to others.

We do not send unsolicited commercial email ("spam") to your email address.

There are several places throughout the ZAKODA website that may link you to other web sites that do not operate under ZAKODA's information privacy practices. When you click through to these web sites, ZAKODA's information privacy practices no longer apply.
