Can I return an item in my order?
If the item:
- is in its original state
- has not been worn, washed or soiled
- has all original tags and packaging
you may return the item for an exchange, credit note or refund*.
* Shipping, sale items or items purchasing using a discount code/voucher are not eligible for a refund. All refund requests will incur a $15.00 restocking fee.
Can I return a sale item or an item purchased with a discount code/voucher?
Yes, you can return for either an exchange or credit note only (no refunds). If you exchange you will be required to pay shipping for the new item requested..
How do I return an item/s in my order?
You may return an item/s in your order within 14 business days from the date your parcel is delivered. All parcels must be returned at your expense (prepaid), we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Please download our RETURN FORM here, complete and send it back with the item/s you are returning.
Are there any return fees?
As you are required to pay the cost of shipping back the item/s you are returning to us, we will cover the cost of shipping out the new item you have requested in the exchange. However, if you require a second (or multiple) exchanges you will be required to pay the standard shipping rate.
How do I ship back my return?
We strongly recommend sending your return via registered post to ensure that the item is tracked. Items returned are your responsibility and not ZAKODA.
