Am I eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit?

You may return the item you purchased within 7 days from the date of shipping for a refund and 14 days for an exchange or store credit. Please note, the item you are returning must be in its original state (i.e must not have been worn, washed or soiled) with all original swing tags, product labels and packaging. Items being returned should be kept in a smoke free environment. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the date of shipment.

International customers will need to advise us via email of their intention to return the swimsuit within 7 days from the date of shipping for a refund and 14 days for an exchange or store credit.

No refunds are given on clearance items or items purchased using a discount offer. Postage and handling charges on the returned items are non-refundable.

All refund requests will incur a $15.00 fee, which takes into account the costs incurred from bank fees and re-stocking.

How do I return / exchange an item?

You will need to download the Return Authorisation Form, fill it out and include it with the items you are returning. No return / exchange can be processed without the completed forms.

All packages must be returned prepaid, we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend sending the item you are returning via registered post. Zakoda does not take responsibility for the misplacement or returned items.

Is there an exchange shipping fee?

There is no shipping fee for your first exchange. Since you pay the cost of shipping the item back to us, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. If however you require multiple exchanges for the one order, standard shipping fees will apply after the first exchange.

When will I receive the replacement size / item?

If the replacement item is in stock, we can generally ship the item within 48 hours of receipt of the return. However, some items marked as 'in stock' are sent from our distribution point and may take up to 14 days for dispatch.

When will my refund be processed?

Refunds usually take between 14-21 business days from the date we receive your item/s. Money will be refunded via the same payment method used to process your original order. For example, if you paid by credit card we can only issue a refund to that same credit card.
