Can I return or exchange an item/s in my order?
Australian OrdersYou may return the item you purchased within 10 business days from the date of shipping for a refund* and 14 business days for an exchange or store credit. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of shipment.
International Orders
Please notify the Zakoda Support Team of your intention to return an item/s within 3 business days of receipt for a refund* and 5 business days of receipt for an exchange or store credit.
You are eligible for a return if the item:
- is in its original state
- has not been worn in the pool, washed or soiled
- has all original tags and packaging
- Items being returned should be kept in a smoke free environment.
- Postage and handling charges on the returned items are non-refundable.
- No refunds or exchanges are given on sale items, clearance items or items purchased using a discount offer. All sales are final.
- * All refund requests will incur a $15.00 fee per item, which takes into account the costs incurred from bank fees and re-stocking the item.
Am I eligible for an exchange or a return?
You are eligible for an exchange or a return if the item:- is in its original state
- has not been worn in the pool, washed or soiled
- has all original tags and packaging
- The item was not on sale items, a clearance items or items purchased using a discount offer
You will need to return the item/s within the timeframe specified above.
Can I return or exchange an item that is on sale or one that has been purchased using a discount voucher?
Purchases on sale items are final. You cannot return or exchange sale items or items purchased using a discount code or voucher.
How do I return or exchange an item?
All packages must be returned at your expense (prepaid), we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Postage and handling charges on the returned items are non-refundable.
Please download our Return Authorisation Form, fill it out and include it with the item/s you are returning.
NOTE: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sales items. All sales are final.
When will I receive my exchange?
If the replacement item is in stock, we can generally dispatch the item within 1-3 business days of receipt of the return.
If the replacement item is coming from the warehouse or our supplier it may take up to 2 weeks.
Is there an exchange shipping fee?
There is no shipping fee for your first exchange. Since you pay the cost of shipping back your purchase, Zakoda will cover the cost of shipping out your exchange via regular post. If however you require a second exchange or multiple exchanges for the one order, standard shipping fees will apply after the first exchange.
Can I get a refund instead of an exchange?

International Orders

All refund requests will incur a $15.00 fee per item, which takes into account the costs incurred from bank fees and re-stocking the item. Postage and handling charges on the returned items will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Money will be refunded via the same payment method used to process your original order. For example, if you paid by credit card we can only issue a refund to that same credit card.
