HOW WILL YOU SEND MY PARCEL?
FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE Shipping on all Australian orders over AUD$150. All orders shipped within Australia are shipped by Australia Post Regular Post at a rate of $5.50 (FREE if order is over $150).
Express Shipping is also available at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our standard shipping method is Australia Post Registered Post International at a flat rate of AU$14.95. Registered Post International Parcels are normally delivered within 3 to 10 business days (there is no tracking available on the parcel).
Express Shipping is also available via FedEx at checkout.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
ZAKODA is not responsible for any duties or taxes that may be charged on item/s shipped to your country. Your local customs office will contact you if you are required to pay any customs or duties. These charges vary between countries, and payment is normally required before the parcel will be released from your local customs office.
It is a legal requirement that ZAKODA declare the contents of the parcel and the full dollar value on the order. We will not declare false contents, amounts, prices or mark the parcel as a gift to avoid customs.
Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping amount paid on your order.
MISSING PARCELS
Occasionally parcels do go missing in the mail. If you have not received your parcel within a reasonble time frame:
- please contact your local post office or mailing centre. Quite often delivery drivers will return the parcel to your local mail centre if you were not home to sign for your parcel.
- lodge a missing parcel investigation with your local post office or mailing centre.
- contact us so that we can lodge a missing parcel investigation from our end.
