What are your shipping charges?
Zakoda.com has several distribution warehouses to pack and send orders worldwide. All items must be signed for once received by the mail contractor in your country to indicate receipt of goods.
eParcel Express Post AustraliaOrders sent to Australia are sent by eParcel Express Post at a rate of AU$9.00.
eParcel Express Post Australia Parcels offer next business day delivery to all street addresses and post office boxes within the Express Post Next Business Day Network if posted on a business day Monday to Friday in accordance with conditions set out on Express Post items.
Registered Post InternationalOrders sent Internationally are sent by Registered Post International at a rate of AU$24.95. Registered Post International Parcels offers an added security service for merchandise items, proof of posting, and a signature on delivery. It offers reliable delivery within 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.
Do you offer express international shipping?
Zakoda.com has two International Post options available upon request: Express Courier InternationalExpress Courier International is a reliable, cost-effective, international courier service. It offers reliable door-to-door delivery of documents and goods to over 200 countries and territories within 2 to 4 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.
Express Post International
Express Post International Parcels offers priority handling, basic tracking where available, and a signature on delivery. It offers reliable delivery within 3 to 7 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.
The Postal Rates vary between countries and depending on the size and weight of the parcel being delivered. Rates can vary between $45 - $70.
If you would like to have your order sent by either of the two international express post options, please contact us and we can provide you with an accurate shipping cost for your country.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, Zakoda.com ships orders worldwide. Some of the countries we frequently ship to are Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Spain, Norway, Sweden, France and Ireland.On some occasions we may refuse to ship to your country due to high levels of fraud.
Will I need to pay customs charges (duties and taxes)?
Zakoda.com is not responsible for any duties or taxes that may be charged on items shipped to your country.
The amount you are allowed to import and the customs charges varies from country to country. Any duties and taxes are your responsibility and must be paid for before your order clears customs in your country. Therefore, we recommend looking into the amount you are allowed to import into your country without taxes prior to placing your order.
Zakoda.com cannot provide you with any indication of the customs amount you will be charged as this is determined by customs in your country not Zakoda.com.
It is a legal requirement that Zakoda.com declares the contents of the parcel and the full dollar value on the order, we will not declare false contents, amounts or mark the parcel as a gift to avoid customs.
Please note, customs charges are not included in the shipping amount paid on your order.
What does 'in transit from warehouse' mean?
If an item is not in stock at our distribution centre, it is ordered in for you or sent from our warehouse. Most items are stored in our warehouse and are sent to our distribution centre, where they are then tagged and packaged before being shipped to you.When will my order be dispatched?
On every product there is an "Availability" box underneath the product description which indicates the estimated dispatch time for the item.
Please note, if some items in your order are in stock and others have an estimated dispatch time of 2 weeks, Zakoda.com will hold your order until ALL items are ready to ship.
Please note we do not ship orders on weekends.
Can I track my shipment?
Australian ordersAustralia Post provides very good tracking for all domestic orders. Zakoda.com will automatically email you the tracking link once your parcel has shipped.
International Orders
We can provide you with a consignment number (on request) for your parcel, however you will not have up to the minute tracking. Tracking updates on the parcel are provided for major check-in points around the world only.
Once my order has been dispatched, how long does shipping take?
eParcel Express PostOrders sent by eParcel Express generally take 1-2 days to arrive, however if your postcode is outside the eParcel Express Post Zone it may take between 3-5 days to arrive.
Registered Post International
Orders sent by Registered Post International generally take 3-10 business days to arrive if you are located in one of the major cities within the international postal network.
Express Courier International
Orders sent by Express Courier International generally take 2-4 business days to arrive if you are located in one of the major cities within the international postal network.
Express Post International
Orders sent by Express Post International generally take 3-7 business days to arrive if you are located in one of the major cities within the international postal network.
Please take into consideration that the day your order is shipped does not factor into the transit time (same applies for weekends and holidays).
I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
If you have not received your parcel within the specified period of time, you will need to contact your closest mail centre or post office.
Often mail contractors attempt to deliver the parcel and if you are not home they will take the parcel back to the mail centre and will hold it there until a missing parcel lodgement has been placed or until such time that you contact them to arrange a re-delivery.
My local mail centre does not have my parcel is it missing?
If your local mail centre or post office is not holding your parcel, you can contact the Zakoda Support Team who will lodge a missing parcel investigation on your behalf.
Missing Parcel Investigations can take from several weeks up to 2 months to complete and do not guarantee that your parcel will be found. Zakoda will not provide you with a refund or send out another swimsuit until the investigation is completed.
