Can I check the status of my order?
Yes. To check the status of your order click the Order Tracking link on the left hand side of the Zakoda website. You will need to enter your email address and order number in the boxes provided.Please note the order tracking only shows the status of your order, it does not show provide tracking once the item has shipped.
Can I change the quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Please contact us if you need to cancel or change an item in your order.An item is missing from my shipment, what should I do?
If some of the items you ordered are in stock or if items are sent from our distribution warehouse, we occasionally make a partial shipment of your order. To check whether you have received a partial shipment, please login to the Order Tracking section.If your order tracking does not indicate a partial shipment has been made, please contact us.
